The restaurant was good and the breakfast was freshly cooked and plentiful with cheese, sweet plus a really good spread. The room was beautifully maintained and high standard, offered a minibar, a balcony, and terrace. The location in a really cool area was excellent and there were the main shopping center and a shopping mall nearby.

Location was good, staff were friendly. Welcome glass of port was very nice.
The room we had was a gallery room (the cheapest room available) but bore very little resemblance to the room pictures on the hotel website. It was fine but not nearly as luxurious as we were led to believe,We were supposed to have bathrobes but didn't get them until we asked for them. The hotel designers seem to have gone for design over practicality - no coat hooks, four coat hangers in the wardrobe section for two people (not enough), one chair. The bathroom was very open to the rest of the room with just a thin curtain for privacy. Luckily I was with my husband of a few years so this was not a problem but if I had been sharing with a friend or a new partner privacy would have been an issue. Not quite 4 star!

Theatrical atmosphere, unique themed rooms, artistic lobby design
Lighting in the rooms is abysmal!!! Please fix the drainage issues in the showers, and the lack of proper bathroom privacy is quite concerning for anyone valuing personal space!!!

Unique desing, great staff, convenient location and good breakfast!
Although design of the bathtub was fancy, I had a flood in the bathroom after the shower...

My stay was a delight, especially since the hotel is just a few steps from Avenida dos Aliados and a short walk from the beautiful Jardins do Palacio de Cristal, making my city strolls easy and enjoyable.

Unique design, very central location, great personnel., decent breakfast, free wi-fi.
Bathroom not very pragmatic: water all over the place after taking a shower due to peculiar bathtub construction, nowhere to put your towels or other things, no hair-dryer.

The theater-themed decor was unique and charming, giving the hotel a cozy, artistic vibe. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and even sparkling wine. The location was perfect, just a short walk to countless attractions and eateries.
Some rooms lacked adequate lighting.

Brand new hotel, located right in the center of the city, walking distance to the train and metro station at a reasonable price. The theme of the hotel was very impressive, reminiscent of a theatre production. The staff was very enthusiastic, eager to help and made our stay very pleasent. The hotel bar was tasteful with music concerts on a projector every night with Portuguese singers and drinks at affordable prices.Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits offering a wide range of non fat products.
Despite the fact that the design of the buthtub was very original it proved dysfunctional as the water overflowed and spilled all over tha bathroom floor.
